This is an 11 yr old child who had undergone a Mitral Valve replacement outside presented to us 3 months post op with Severe Mitral Regurgitation due to Paravalvar leak. Here this video shows FIRST PARAVALVAR LEAK CLOSURE IN INDIA in a child. Amplatzer PDA device is released in this video. This is one of the rarest and most challenging interventions and has rarely been perfromed in a child this young.
